Warranty Paperwork

We are happy you have found the appliance you need! Please read the following warranty information that pertains to your appliance purchase!

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The customer shall be in charge of where the machine is setup and is in good working condition. The private party is not responsible for injury occurring to the customer, to any other persons, or to personal property. The customer agrees to hold the private party free and harmless against any injury or claims. This includes set up and delivery. The customer shall indemnify to hold the private party from/against any cost incurred due to claims from anyone, attorney’s fees and related costs involving the use of appliance purchased. Including floods, fires, pests, or personal items damaged should legal action become necessary.

Delivery is NOT included in the machine warranty. There is a minimum $25.00 fee for any service call. If the machine is brought back to TN APPLIANCE EXCHANGE INC no fee is applied. If there is a problem with the machine we will repair or trade the machine with another of equal value. The hoses, ice machines, and microwaves are not warranted.

IF ITEM IS PICKED UP THE CUSTOMER MUST BRING IT BACK TO OUR LOCATION FOR WARRANTY TO BE VALID. IF NOT THE CUSTOMER IS CONSIDERED OUT OF WARRANTY AND WILL CHARGED A REPAIR FEE TO HAVE IT SERVICED._______

NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. There is a 2.75% convenience fee for Discover/American Express card purchases.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The agreement constitutes the full agreement between customer and private party. The receipt of the private party machine that is the proof this agreement, is in good working order and this is acknowledged by the customer.
